The fourth day was dedicated to the topic of whistleblower protection and the role of information and communication technologies in the fight against corruption. The workshop was led by Elmir Rašidović, partner from Bosnia & Herzegovina @muzickaomladina.
The day started with the HU-HA-SA energizer, which brought good energy, laughter and movement to the participants. After that, the participants were introduced to the key concepts related to the protection of whistleblowers, reporting of irregularities and the use of ICT tools in the fight against corruption.
Through working in groups and analyzing different scenarios, young people tested the Toolkit and Manual for this topic.
Through practical work, they learned how to recognize irregularities, how to protect those who report corruption and how digital tools can contribute to greater transparency and accountability.
